Every week, lululemon adds new items to their “We Made Too Much” section of the website – this is just a fancy way of saying “Sale”.
And the only thing better than getting new lulu is getting new lulu below original price.
So, here are my top 5 must-haves from this week’s new markdowns:

What sets this jacket apart from the other paneled or puffy jackets we’ve seen this year (with the exception of the Another Mile Jacket) is that this one is actually designed for running versus casual-wear – although it’ll work for that too. 700-fill goose down gives you lightweight warmth, while the wind- and water-resistant outer lining will keep you dry during light rains. Strategically-placed breathable and four-way stretch Tech Fleece panels are DWR-treated for weather protection and aid in unrestricted movement. BUT, while it does come in a ton of colors to suit any style (yay!), only a few have hit markdown for now (womp womp). Fingers crossed your fav color is one of the new WMTM additions!

It’s all about loose, cropped top silhouettes right now and the Train to Be collection fits the bill perfectly. At first glance, it may look like your average short sleeve top, but with a seamless construction to prevent chafing along with engineered mesh for added breathability in high-sweat areas, this top is anything but average.

Talk about soft! This Modal French Terry cocoon wrap is one of the softest, coziest things I’ve seen this winter! There are drawstrings to cinch to the neck on extra windy days, crowd-favorite thumbholes and a hidden media pocket to stash your phone.

If you’ve always wanted to try Aligns but are cautious to invest the $90-$100 on new ones sight-unseen, try to snag a pair on MD so you can experience what all the fuss is about with minimal spend. They are life changing, I promise. Just keep in mind the intention of the Align line is very light yoga, barre or pilates classes or lounge/casual wear. Any heavy use or high-impact workouts will cause pilling on the delicate fabric.

I’m currently of the mindset that the puffier the better when it comes to winter jackets. And nothing gets puffier than the Wunder Puff. This version is made of waterproof wool for extra protection from cold rain, sleet and snow. Plus that collar, y’all, it’s gorgeous and oh-so-necessary in below freezing temps!

Colors: Deft Stripe Heathered True Navy Heathered Light Cast (featured), Willow Green, Cayenne, Lookout Stripe Heathered Sea Salt Heathered Nimbus
The Evolution is one of the most popular polo styles, if not the most popular. Depending on the color selections available, the Evolution and the MVT are neck-in-neck when it comes to bestsellers. The beauty of the Evolution is that while it still has the breathability, anti-stink and anti-microbial properties of the MVT, it looks less like an athletic top and more like a traditional polo making it an easier sneak into work wardrobes.

The coolest feature of these shorts, to me, is that the drawstring can be moved to the inside through little barely-visible holes in the waistband, which completely changes the look of the short. I see this interchangeable drawstring on men’s shorts/pants pretty consistently and I’m pretty consistently jealous that zero women’s styles have it.

This is essentially the men’s version of the parka I bought for myself last week, so there’s no way I could leave it off the list. You get 600-fill down for warmth, a Glyde exterior and sealed seams for full waterproofing and a million pockets to stash essentials. Whether you’re trying to stay warm on your way to the gym or on a weekend getaway, this jacket is a must-have.

This swim trunk is making the list for two reasons: (1) it’s crazy popular and looks good on pretty much every dude I’ve seen try it on – including multiple friends and my boyfriend who all have it – and (2) it makes me think of summer which I wish was right around the corner.
