Here are my top 5 must-haves from this week’s new markdowns:

Align Pant 25″ in Stride Emboss Black: These are a FIND. I’d be ordering them immediately if they were still available in my size. I’m honestly so shocked this color went on markdown because it’s such a fun, subtle play on a classic black. They look very leather-like in person, in a very good way. The crop and the full-length Aligns in the this pattern are also on markdown. $98 -> $79

Deep Stretch Tank in Half Moon: This tank is lightweight, naturally breathable and has a super soft handful; the fit is body skimming and hip length. It’s best used for day-to-day wear and yin yoga (it’d pair perfectly with those Aligns above!) $48 -> $39

Feeling Femme Short 5.5″ in Black: Silky-soft TENCEL® fabric is cool to the touch and lends a luxurious drape to these high-coverage, lightweight shorts. My only warning to you: in my experience, Tencel fabric is prone to wrinkling, so have some dewrinkle spray or a steamer close-at-hand. $68 -> $49

Meet Halfway Tank *Striped in White: Tie-back tanks are so fire right now. Wear it open and loose or tie it back for a fitted, trendy fit. The semi-sheer material is also super lightweight and moisture-wicking and perfect for any kind of sweaty workout. $58 -> $44

Festival Shoulder Strap: The perfect way to freshen up the look of your old standby Festival Bag or any purse/duffel with a removable strap. Or you could make your own clear purse for an event like a friend and I did a couple years ago lol. (Available in two colors options: Moonwalk/Amber Aura/Chlorine or Half Moon/Bermuda Teal/Silverstone) $38 -> $29

More Miles Backpack *25.5L in Anchor: This backpack is water-resistant and easy to wipe down/clean. It has separate pockets for sweaty gym clothes, your laptop/tablet and side pockets for water bottles and other quickly needed items. $148 -> $99

Metal Vent Breathe Short Sleeve in True Navy/Neo Blue: The Breathe version of MVTs is a lighter weight and has slightly softer had-feel. Technical properties are all the same: breathable, moisture-wicking, anti-bacterial/anti-stick. You can’t go wrong with anything in the MVT line for high sweat workouts. $78 -> $59

Metal Vent Tech Short Sleeve Henley in Slate/White: Another iteration of the MVT line, this short sleeve takes weekend casual to a sporty level. Take this top from workout to happy hour with no lingering gym smells thanks to Silverescent technology built right into the fabric. $78 -> $59

Pace Breaker Short 9″ *Liner in Heather Allover Blue Cast Utility Blue: These are the classic lulumeon men’s short – they’ve been around forever, although they’ve gone through updates and improvements over the years. Plus, if you’re into the more trendy 7″ inseam, lululemon offers free hemming and can make these 9-inchers the perfect length for you. $68 -> $49

Evolution Polo in Cayenne: The perfect golf shirt, this short sleeve polo has all the technical properties of a workout shirt but with the look of a traditional dad polo. And I’d be lying if I said that red wasn’t giving me lots of Georgia Bulldog feels with football season just around the corner. $88 -> $59
