lululemon Style Tuesday Top 5

lululemon Tuesday Top 5 (10/29/19)

My favorites from this week's product drop

Tuesdays are the best day of the week in lemon world. All the ‘latest and greatest’ products drop in the lululemon “upload” – meaning all the new product for the week is added to the website.

And all the #lululemonaddicts out there are glued to their computers adding item after item to their shopping carts.

Each week, I sift through the upload and bring you my top picks in both women’s and men’s – as well as tips on sizing, education tidbits on fabrics + features and, hopefully, a laugh or two along the way.

This week it’s all about warm & cozy layers. Get ready for lots of cold weather gear and a neutral color palette. #sorrynotsorryforallthegreyandblack

So, here are my favorites from this week’s new product drop:

On The Go Poncho in True Navy: My favorite poncho is back! I have this in grey from a year or two ago and I’m still obsessed with it. The cut is flattering, the zipper detail is unique and attractive, it’s warm without being overly hot – it’s perfect and you need one. I might need a second one; I’m really digging this navy. Merino Wool is naturally thermoregulating and machine washable. ($128)

Show Me The Sherpa accessories in Heathered Core Medium Grey: Each of these pieces is lined with cuddly Sherpa Fleece to keep you toasty no matter how low the temperature drops.

Power Position Super High-Rise Crop 21″ in Matte Black Foil: I have tons of older lululemon pants/crops taking up space in my closet that I never wear because they’re medium-rise; all I wear nowadays is high-rise. If I love my high-rise pants, am I going to super love these super high-rise crops? They’re are made of Full-On Luxtreme which means they’ll be high coverage, high support and perfect for any high-impact workouts. ($98)

Stand Out Sherpa 1/2 Zip in Black: Get ready to stand out on cold days in this cropped Sherpa Fleece half zip. Discreet pockets on the side seams zip up to keep your valuables safe while the ribbed side panels provide extra stretch in all the right places. ($128)

Warm Down Jogger *Velour in Heathered Core Ultra Light Grey: These don’t look all that special at first glance, but touch them and you’ll realize why they’re so special. Plus, there’s a matching sweatshirt, so there’s that. I’m not usually into the jogger style on me, but these cozy pants would be perfect for walking our dogs on cold mornings since those cuffs will keep cold winds at bay. ($118)

[ Ladies, scroll all the way to the bottom for an extra bonus. ]

Another week of minimal new releases in men’s …

About Face Bomber in Black: The men’s version of my all-time favorite bomber. Just like the women’s version, it’s reversible – one side is quilted, the other is four-way stretch Warpstreme. The quilted side has a hidden chest pocket and the fabric is wind- and water-repellent. ($198)

Cold Pursuit Knit Beanie & Cold Pursuit Knit Gloves in Heathered Core Medium Grey: These wool accessories will keep your head and hands warm on frosty days. The gloves have tech-friendly index fingers and thumbs so you can text, swipe Tinder and scroll Insta to your heart’s content. ($48, $52)

Bonus (bc I can’t resist)

I know my friends are going to tease me for including these, but I can’t resist. I have an older version keychain (You Hold The Key Chain) and I use it every single day. It stays clipped onto a little loop on the right strap of my bag pack and I always know exactly where my keys are. I love it. As silly as it is, seeing these new little guys got me all excited.

Now and Always Keychain in Black ($28)

More Miles Keychain in Dark Olive & Black ($18)
