Did my first live ride today: 30 min HIIT at 11:30am with @mattwilpers 🚴♀️
I’ve always done on demand rides because I like the freedom of being able to start exactly when I feel like it vs scheduling a ride. But today everything aligned and when I turned on the screen, a class was starting in 40 seconds AND it was it was being taught by the same instructor who teaches the Power Zone program classes I’ve been taking … so I went for it.
