I just started the Discover Your Power Zones program – this was day 2!

I am definitely more of a power athlete than an endurance athlete (big efforts quickly are my jam, but ask me to maintain that for an extended period of time without recovery intervals and I’m in big trouble!) so I’m looking forward to increasing my endurance and learning how to hold a consistent pace!

Now let’s see if I can stick with it …
